Carrier-issued. Acts as receipt of goods, contract of carriage, and document of title. Required to release cargo at the destination port. Originals couriered within 72h.
On vessel departure
Document 02
Certificate of Analysis
Issued by SGS or Intertek. Certifies purity, moisture, admixture, and for spices: aflatoxin and pesticide residues. AQL 2.5 inspection standard. Accepted at all GCC and African ports.
Pre-loading inspection
Document 03
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by India's NPPO. Certifies the commodity is free from pests and diseases. Required by all destination countries for plant-based commodity imports.
3–5 days before vessel
Document 04
Certificate of Origin
Certifies the goods originated in India. Issued by APEDA, EIC, or Chamber of Commerce. Required for duty assessment and FTA preferential rate application.

Packing List
Detailed list of all packages, weight, dimensions, and contents. Must match Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice exactly. Required for customs examination.
Pre-loading
Document 06
Fumigation Certificate
Certifies cargo was treated with approved fumigant to eliminate pests. Issued by a licensed fumigation agency. Required at all destination ports.
Post-fumigation
Document 07
Commercial Invoice
Issued by BillionBird. States commodity, quantity, unit price, total value, Incoterm, and payment terms. Used for duty computation on CIF value.
Pre-departure
Document 08
Halal Certificate
Certifies processing facility and handling meets Halal requirements. Mandatory for food imports into Saudi Arabia, UAE, and most GCC retail markets.
